The warm, comforting feeling parents feel when they enter the facilities of ALEH C.A.R.E.S Education Complex is something one cannot put into words. A place of hope for families who have loved ones with severe cognitive, physical and behavioural disabilities. The professionalism of the staff at ALEH is second to none. Every child feels included and receives education and care that is tailored to them.
A parent recently was quoted speaking of their child Mia saying, “Mia is now reaching new milestones and levels of independence we never thought possible.”
Parents are finally able to live in a state of normalcy which they never thought would be possible.
Unfortunately, in June 2025, during a missile attack launched by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the ALEH C.A.R.E.S. complex was directly hit and destroyed. Friends of JNF Canada is committed to supporting the reconstruction of the ALEH C.A.R.E.S. Educational Complex so that children with disabilities and their families can once again access the experts, therapies, care, and sense of belonging they deserve.
Together, with the help of our friends, we will help rebuild and ensure many more children will receive the care they need to hit new and exciting milestones. Let’s rise to the challenge!
