I acknowledge that there are potential and direct risks associated with any type of physical activity, including Pitch for Israel. I am participating voluntarily and understand and assume these risks. I confirm that I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in the physical activities I have chosen in order to participate in Pitch for Israel, and that if I have any concerns about my condition, I will consult with medical professionals before participating.By checking the box in the registration form, I am also confirming that I release Friends of JNF Canada and all of its regional affiliates from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during my participation in Pitch for Israel; including but not limited to financial responsibility for injuries occurred, regardless of whether my injuries are caused by negligence on the part of Friends of JNF Canada.
